Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery.
All sale and perishable items are Final Sale.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must arrive back to us in the same condition that you received it and be unused. The customer is responsible for the safe packaging of items for return delivery. Once the return is received and approved by us we will issue a refund to the card used for original purchase. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for refunds to be processed by your financial institution.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We hate when things go wrong and will make it right!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about an item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Shipping Policy
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $100+ (excludes oversized items).
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days from our studio.
