Sabre's Bistrot collection is modeled after the classic flatware you'd find in a French bistro - the kind that's been on the same tables for decades because nobody's thought of a reason to replace it. We built this three-piece set ourselves, ordering each piece individually to put together a daily use set at a price that makes sense: dinner fork, dinner knife, spoon.
About that spoon: technically it's Sabre's dessert spoon size. We picked it anyway because the actual dinner spoon they sell is too large. This one is the right size. We did the research so you don't have to, and yes we have strong opinions about spoon sizing.
