Jamon 50% Iberico slices are made from a hybrid breed of 100% Ibérico pigs and the 100% Duroc pigs cured for 36 months in a century old family farm in Salamanca, Spain. Their pigs roam free across a protected reservation of meadow and forrest, and are fed on acorns, natural pastures and other organic foods. Happy pigs = happy meats.
