Sabre's Bistrot collection is modeled after the classic flatware you'd find in a French bistro - the kind that's been on the same tables for decades because nobody's thought of a reason to replace it. The Pearly version adds something: mother of pearl, pearlescent, and opaline handles that catch light differently depending on the angle.
